Secretary's Report:
The Board met on February 17, prior to the members' meeting, held in the Community Room of the Turners Falls branch of the Greenfield Savings Bank. A secretary's report of the January 20 meeting was read. The report was discussed and accepted.
Edith presented the treasurer's report including a special report on our investment account prepared by the bank. These reports were discussed and accepted.
We continued to discuss and fine-tune the 2012 program.

July 18 - August 6: DVAA Summer Show (at Wilson's)
September 21: History/Stories exhibit at the U.U. Church, Bernardston
October 19: Annual Meeting
November 16: Board Meeting to Plan for 2013
We finalized the details and responsibilities of the winter show at Wilson's.
Edith reported that discussions with the owner of the Pushkin Gallery Space were back to square one. But we did begin a list of venue options which could be explored by individual members, including the Northampton YMCA, the Greenfield Career Center, various local libraries including Sunderland, the Blue Heron Restaurant, and the Bridgeside Grille.
